When you walk into this cozy one-bedroom apartment, you’ll come up a set of stairs and enter directly into a cute, fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen, you’ll find the bathroom and an open-concept living and dining area, complete with a coffee station for your morning brew. From the living room, you can step into the comfortable bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat with a queen sized bed. The entire space is thoughtfully decorated in warm, boho-inspired neutrals, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Other Details to Note

This unit does have a shower with limited ceiling height. This may not be the best option for the taller guests! It is also located in the heart of Chittenango on a main road. Some road noise should be expected.

We had a wonderful weekend at Katrina and Matthew's place. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The space was clean and cozy and we loved that we could just go out and take a walk to some of the local restaurants. Great location and lovely hosts!

Just came back from a peaceful and private stay at Katrina and Matts apartment. Its super easy to find, is within walking distance to places to eat and the location is safe. Apartment is exactly how it looks, very homey. We were greeted with a thank you note which I thought was very nice. Comfy beds, cute set up and a clean quiet apartment. We couldnt of asked for better hosts. Thank you again so much!
