Katrina and Matthew were great hosts. Very responsive and clear communication. The house was clean and as described with some great toys for our 4 year old to play with. We highly recommend staying with them!

We had a wonderful weekend at Katrina and Matthew's place. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The space was clean and cozy and we loved that we could just go out and take a walk to some of the local restaurants. Great location and lovely hosts!

Katrina and Matthew are wonderful hosts. They were always very responsive, helpful and super accommodating when I needed to overlap moving my cat out of one place and early into this Airbnb. I stayed here for almost a month, my second time as their guest. I will book again at one of their places if I need a place to stay in the future!! The fun and whimsical Wizard of Oz theme was present throughout the place. Comfy furniture, good sized kitchen with a full set of pots and pans for cooking, reliable WiFi and all the amenities that made me feel right at home. I was located close to a lot of restaurants, most within walking distance. I highly recommend any of Katrina and Matthew’s Airbnb’s if you need a place to stay in the area!

Katrina & Matthew’s place is a great spot when visiting the Hamilton area. Easy drive to town and Colgate’s campus, as well as to local trails for hiking and of course access to the reservoir/waterfront. They provided many great local dining recommendations, were super communicative pre-, during- and post-stay and great hosts all around! We would definitely stay again on another trip. If this place is available, don’t hesitate to book!

This spot was perfect, right in the village of Chittenango! A great location, and a beautiful space. Very quiet, calming, and relaxing. We loved the little coffee/tea bar! Thank you!

Katrina and Matt's location is outstanding. It has a cozy feel but plenty of space to stretch out on very comfortable furniture. The apartment was spotless and they were extremely fast to respond to any questions we had. And, of course, any Wizard of Oz fan is going to be in their glory with the Oz-themed decor of the apartment AND the All Things Oz museum within walking distance. It was a really fun, unique and comfortable location that we hope to return to soon. Trust me, you'll love it!
